If Douma was a little serious and didn't eat shinubo believe me the series would've ended without plot Armour nk one can defeat him. Even if Giyomei and Sanemi fought him after fighting UM1 they can only keep him busy for a moment but they cannot kill him. He was nerfed heavily. If he had fought seriously then he would've NTR Kanao and Inouske. He would defeat Giyomei and Sanemi and ended the series. But instead he ate rat poison and died

Douma is Only Demon who can push Kokushibo to extreme difficulty in a fight .... So many manga reader underestimate Douma because he was killed by ( Inosuke and Kanao )...... Without knowing that where 3-5ml of poison is enough to paralyze a demon , Douma consumed 37KG of poison and that mf was still recovering and Fighting without being serious with ( Inosuke and Kanao ) they both were hashira level at that time ..... . When he was introduced he was upper 6 and now he is upper 2 You also know if you want the position of upper rank then you have to challenge that demon for blood battle So you can imagine how strong Douma was that he climbed from upper 6 to upper 2. . Because of Plot Armor we were not able to see douma's full potential... . And and and He is the only demon who can 1vs all hashira 🤌🏻🥶. All he will do is create Clone and freeze their lungs and boom fight is over...
