I completely understand why Dracula declared war on the people who killed his lover. He was shattered and only one person wanted him to be better than he was. Now, with her gone, humanity only proved to him that they deserve to be extinct. And his varous allies, they had similar wants due to how people treated them, or because they wanted power too. Overall, this was and still is the best show ever.

Well, technically not all is science, he definitely used the Magic of Devil Forgemasters to create an army of Monsters from the Corpses of People And about him being a Vampire, he may have used Alchemy to some degree but he required the Soul of the Vampire Lord Walter Bernhard to even become Dracula in the First Place and this was only possible thanks to Death

Actually no, even the Demons say that God is not wanting what the Bishop dies, he does not work for God at all while thinking he actually is always in his favor. "Your life work makes him puke" That's what they said to him. And God doesnt let him unpunished for missusing his name for his own perfection and his own power trip. And besides: God has proven in multiple ways that he still cares for Dracula despite Matthias Conquist, the Man who became Dracula, turning away from him. Everytime he gets defeated he has a chance of peace to reunite with his wife (at least until the day the Humans resurects him, be it through a Ritual or through the work of Chaos, an Entity that symbolizes the antithesis of God, a dark entity that is fueled by the evil within men and possibly even more Powerful than Satan) The next time God did something good for Dracula was when Julius Belmont defeated him in the year of 1999, he allowed Dracula(or rather Matthias) to be reborn as Soma Cruz, with the Intention of giving him a second chance of Living a Peaceful life with the Person he loves (similar to the End of the Anime, but set in the year of 2035 as different People) but still aware of the Risk that Chaos will keep on calling him. Saying God is bad is not true, I'd argue that he is potrayed pretty much accurate. He still likes Dracula who actively turned away from him and dislikes the Bishop who was basically a Hypocrite in any way.
