This was such a perfect moment that we ALL needed, even when I was reading this arc in Manga form I was so fricking exhausted with all that was happening and our characters taking L after L after L, the wave of relief when I turned the page and saw Todo walking in was indescribable, yes it was hyped, but it also really gave us the feeling of a break that we all needed from this arc. I love Todo... But the strongest non-special first grade sorcerer is likely Mei Mei imo. She's the most experienced and the lack of a good cursed technique required her to hone her combat skills. If you've watched JJK 0 you know that. Nanami's probably second then Todo.
