13:41 How could you just not explain that? That was like, one of the most, if not the most impactful scene in the entire arc. When jack used chemical weaponry to commit atrocities searching for Razio on their land. All the minks went through torture and death, so it was assumed that Razio wasn't there, so when they expected their arrival to enrage the minks because they went through all that suffering for some samurai that they apparently don't know anything about. So they were under extreme pressure trying to find their scattered allies, but when they all met, so basically the 2 leaders of the minks taunt each other and there is a flashback of their torture (they were put up on crucifixes after Jack used all of Ceasar's chemical weapons). So when it was revealed that Raizo was safe, they were shook.
