OROCHIMARU VS GAARA POWER LEVELS - AnimeScale

I have been thinking about this fight for a long time as I personally think that Orochimaru and Gaara are around the same level in the end of Shippuden and in Boruto as well. Gaara is one of my favorite characters and I hope he will cover an important role against the Otsutsuki clan in Boruto and I also hope that Orochimaru will become a villain once again in Boruto. War ark Orochimaru is also way to underestimated by people, he can use woodstyle, all his jutsu, his pseudo sage mode, and has regenerative abilitys like Kabuto. There is no way Gara could defeat him even without Edo tensei.

I don't think that gaara was more powerful or skilled than orochimaru on boruto...coz as we all see...yeah gaara showed that he could cope with an otsutsuki but the fact that he had help from chojuro to have there water trap for him ..and as for orochimaru with his falsefight on adult mitsuki was superb..like the speed he showed there was nearly massive as of those we saw on boruto so far...and I can say that speed can outmanuvered power

He said himself he has to keep his guard up if not hashirama if he tried could break his seal if he really tried. Although orochimaru gained his cells and could control them better than kabuto in the war if hashirama really tried and used Sage mode his bind would be broken due to the immense chakra. At the time of the war he could control tobirama quite handily which is no slouch himself and the other kage but hashi was a god among shinobis. In boruto his edo would only be stronger and his bind might be able to control hashi better now after almost 2 decades
