Fun fact the creator of Moonlight fantasy made this dude to show what harem king like (a certain Red Dragon Emperor) would actually act like since most of them are teenagers or young adults Edit: OK people I understand Issei is not as bad as this dude and I do know about other harem anime, however I’m not 100% certain would qualify an anime character as a harem king and I only put him because he literally said that his dreamed to be the harem king he was the only anime protagonist. I was sure counted as a Harem king. Also keep in mind I said this guy was created to show how they would ACTUALLY act. Which means his personality and how he behaved is not based off of any other harem protagonist and their behavior in their own series it’s based off of what the author believes the average teenage or young adult male would act like if they had a bunch of women attracted to them.

Similar but two different angles. Motoyasu was used to popularity and being the good guy. He never really considers the supposed bad guys side just deals with them to protect the girl. He never stopped to think naofumi might be getting falsely accused. Tomoki is used to being the victim, he cant see himself doing the wrong thing because hes always the one people look down on and bully. Or save him thinking hes weak. He doesnt want to be weak but he also doesnt wanna take responsibility for mistakes. So he keeps taking this stance of its someone elses fault or it just cant be done. I also dont like naofumi cause he acts like tomoki too. If anything they share more similarities than motoyasu does. Naofumi would rather get angry and lecture the other heroes than try to reach out for help. When accused he yelled at them, when told he was in the wrong he chose the villain role over making his side heard. Is it any wonder nobody listened until he provided results? Hes flawed just as much as they are.

Nope, in future chapter *spoler alert* Tomoki and co. meet Makoto's group and demand Tomoe to join him and try exchanging her with other girls. Makoto does not take kindly to that and beat him and his party to a pulp, traumatizing him for a time until he became obsessed with Tomoe (and Mio) and begin letting the science team of the kingdom experiment on himself to get stronger.

Actually, she picked up Tomoki and Hibiki before even realizing that Makoto was the one that Tsukuyomi picked. Her plan from the beginning was to snatch up as many humans as possible while the portal was open while Tsukuyomi was too busy keeping the portal open and talking with the hero he chose to notice. All of this is extremely illegal, by the way. Everything from how she runs her world, to how she transported the two humans to her world. It’s all strictly forbidden.
