Today our first citizen of India, the president of India Smt. Draupadi Murmu,spoke to swearing off & arranged a ceremonial for Honorable Lordship CJ Sri Sanjeev Khanna as 51 st CJI of our apex judiciary ,the SCI, N Delhi.The vice president Sri Jagdeep Dhankar, PM Sri N D Modi,all dignitaries with SCI BA officials were present on such auspicious occasion.Our three wing army gave a guard of honour & afterwards all oath swearing took place.The national anthem was sung.All press,media, digital platforms were present.Sri Khanna has only 6 months of tenure till 13052025. Now,the new posture of the SCI with new CJI with his constitutional benches will work for all judicial expectations from Indian citizens. Indian democracy for such beauty never fails its responsibility.❤!!!

He is a relative of MK Khanna, chandrachud is son of former CJI chandrachud, his son is also I guess advocate and most probably become judge of sc....... Because of the utter injustice he has done to NEET UG, 2024. I have the personal experience. I have filed a petition in the Delhi High Court against a wrong answer released by NTA for NEET UG 2024 for a biotechnology question with the support of opinion from two national level experts ( one being a renowned professor in that subject in Delhi University and the other being the Director of a National Institue doing research in the area on which the question was based) as to why the answer given by NTA was wrong. Sadly my petition was rejected by the Delhi high court first saying she did not have enough time to seek an expert opinion on their own. After this a special leave petition was filed in the 'supreme' court against this gross injustice and it was taken up by the CJI's bench for hearing. When it was taken up, this fellow didn't even bother to open it and rejected my SLP saying that he was NOT INCLINED TO LISTEN. Then why was he sitting on that chair in the first place? Thousands of children including my daughter got a negative mark and lost four other marks for their correct answer and those who marked it wrongly, got full marks in a highly competitive exam where each mark counts a lot. This error is still there. Before this case came up before the CJI, he dismissed another petition to cancel NEET altogether which he did not,eventhough it was proven that the question was leaked and the sanctity of the exam has lost. His argument was that there was no large enough leak to cancel the exam!! How big is that 'large'? It was very evident that he colluded with the scammers in the NTA and the education ministry. Would it be legal to print a few five hundred rupee fake currency notes then, and give to CJI and would he accept it saying oh it is only a budle of fake notes? Injustice is injustice and who does not have the back bone to fulfill his duty does not deserve to be called 'Justice'. Shame on him. Now I am annoyed that he would be enjoying a happy retired life getting huge sum as pension from the tax payer's money.
