एक जुलाई से देशभर में तीन नये आपराधिक कानून भारतीय न्याय संहिता, भारतीय नागरिक सुरक्षा संहिता और भारतीय साक्ष्य अधिनयम लागू होंगे। राष्ट्रपति ने तीन विधेयकों को अपनी मंजूरी दी थी। इसपर देश की पहली आईपीएस अधिकारी किरण बेदी ने अपनी प्रतिक्रिया दी। उन्होंने कहा कि इस कानून के लागू होने से कानूनी प्रक्रिया में तेजी, पारदर्शिता आएगी। इसमें दोनों ही पक्षोँ को लाभ मिलेगा।

Either the news provider must put proof on the table within a month or be fined heavily and jailed for damaging someone’s reputation or misleading the public for causing discontent and disturbance . पोलीस fir लिखित नहीं है उसके उपर नये कानून मे क्या स्ट्रिक ॲक्शन लिया है ? लोक पोलीस को परेशान हो के crpc 156 (3) तहेत कोर्ट मे जाते है. उसके लिए क्या प्रावधान किया है.जिसके वजह से कोर्ट मे जाने पर एक महीने के भीतर एफ आय आर लिखने के पोलीस को आदेश होगे और पोलीस के खिलाफ कडी से कडी कारवाई होगी ऐसा कोई प्रवधान है.

I welcome the new laws and giving thanks to modi govt.. l address to look into civil laws for radical change ,specially time . One civil case is going on upto 20yrs.or more . This is back dated and non scientific and illegal . It has to be ended in one or two years .
