You know music sampling is also thing! it can be done by getting the beat and sampling it! Sampling is very hard you know and in the case of anirudh! he sampled some of those loops from the original! but I don't know if he took permission or not for the original beat but he got a talent in sampling it and making a different type of melody if I suppose! For example: Kanye west, Daft Punk etc, uses mostly 70s-90s samples in their music! most of their songs are sampled from those old songs! Sampling is considered as a talent too and it is hard to do as I said! Anirudh may have took those beats from recent songs but he sampled it good to make it more of his style! there is some difference in those songs! As I am saying, sampling is also a skill in music and I am not here supporting anyside but to give out a statement that the work what he is doing is not a problem if he did got the permission to use the original beat for sampling! Edit: Also, there are some music loops online which are meant to be purchased and used in songs anirudh could've bought some music loops such as "Ethan world 6 loop" (which was used in vikram's theme song) from online and sampled it
