Those early years in Motown Detroit Michigan is when I fell Head over heels with Anita's beautiful- methodical - magical - voice. She leaves me speechless, like taking my breath away speechless! Love Anita Baker - I use to play Caught up in the raptor on my Walkman during my freshman days in college in Brooklyn, N.Y. Anita looks wonderful, but some advice, get the hip replacement yesterday! I am 56 and I had no choice: limping around when today's medical technology can help with this issue. She can still be the best that she can be with hip replacement surgery.

I saw her last night in Dallas Tx! She had grown men in the audience crying… crying. Had me getting overwhelmed even. Anita is THEE TRUTH! Her voice is no less than force of nature… something supernatural. I don’t know how she performed at other venues but last night in Dallas, I’m 100% certain she EXCEEDED EVERY ATTENDEES EXPECTATION. …grown men crying! I’m not a religious person but feel truly ‘blessed” to have had the opportunity to hear her live.
