😂😂😂😂😂 As a child who spent more time in the '80s than the '70s, becoming a teen in '89, I grew up to Anita. My most fave song of hers is Priceless ( had to google the title, 😂😂😂😂😂). I have not heard her music in soooo long it is not joke. I could be no elder than 20-Something. I may listen to her again soon for the first time in 15 to 25 years......

She is SUCH a consummate professional. She has maintained her voice UNBELIEVABLY well after all these years. As i'm a singer myself and can notice these things. I love singing Anita's songs as they are in my register from alto to tenor 2 or thereabouts is my range. She is also VERY hands on with her audiences getting them involved in the show. That is an all around performer folks.

Those early years in Motown Detroit Michigan is when I fell Head over heels with Anita's beautiful- methodical - magical - voice. She leaves me speechless, like taking my breath away speechless! I live right there in Motown when she first hit the stage. Madonna Anita and I are all the same age. I pray that God continue to give her that deep and powerful voice. Love Anita Baker - I use to play Caught up in the raptor on my Walkman during my freshman days in college in Brooklyn, N.Y. Anita looks wonderful, but some advice, get the hip replacement yesterday! I am 56 and I had no choice: limping around when today's medical technology can help with this issue. She can still be the best that she can be with hip replacement surgery.

At this point,Anita is so loved and respected that it’s ok to have a flat pair of comfortable shoes and a chair. As a person with a knee injury coupled with arthritis in my forties, I know once I start limping it’s time for me to have a seat because I have overdone myself for the day.
