I love how Anita is trying to teaching Fantasia how to integrate on stage if a singer calls her on stage. I can tell Fantasia was honored to be on stage with her but was scared of messing up since it was her first time meeting Anita. Anita is a legendary songstress who flows whenever she sings. One day Fantasia you will be able to do the same thing and will be able to sing freestyle on any song. Love you both! Such a great show.

I like most of what you said but Fantasia can freestyle on ANY song. I'm not a huge fan/follower of Fantasia's but I know she can sing and improvise on anything. Fantasia's problem is usually not knowing the lyrics and while Anita was directing her to the prompter on the monitors at the button of the stage, she may not know that Fantasia has trouble reading. That's most likely what the problem was with Fantasia not coming in earlier on the song.

I don't think Anita played her because she's from that era that goes hard when another good singer's onstage to push the maximum performance out of them. While she may have improvised, she also said Anita put her on the spot. It was not supposed to be a challenge. But anyway. Also, because those of us who disagree with Anita's antics, it doesn't mean we want to sing with her. Nonetheless, I would definitely not have been the least bit embarrassed. I do know the lyrics. That's not Anita's fault..and those other singers you named arent notoriously known to pull singers out the audience.. Anita is. And for the record Anita showed her the monitor with the words and Tasia refused to read them.. I saw this and wondered if it was low key an issue for her to read words fast on a monitor..not being funny at all but its a real possibility. However I don't expect an artist to dumb down their performance for another artist to catch up at their own song. And those words she spoke at the end trumps all.
