The one thing that always bothered me is if early in the series Louis suspected Mike of fraud, before the whole Lola Jensen thing, wouldn't he be able to have seen the fact that Mike didn't have his bar card or even have a bar number instead of focusing on the Harvard portion of the lies. Just food for thought.
