Beautiful. Reminds me of the movie, It’s A Wonderful Life in which George Bailey falls on hard times and decides his loved ones and life would be better off without him. In an attempt to commit suicide and Angel comes and shows him how many people his life touched and that if he had not lived many things would have been different. It is a great movie❤Thank you Anita.

"It's a Wonderful Life" - that's exactly what I thought too when Anita was describing how her life affected the lives of others - as a single silk thread in the tapestry of her life and the lives of others. Both George Bailey and Anita had to experience "death" in order to learn how to "live life to the fullest"! Living is not just to always please others, but to please yourself by doing what brings you pure joy and love! 💛🌷☘🌸

My dear Anita. I will be doing your meditation for sure. Even though I had an NDE and recently an OBE where I brought back proof, I am dealing with a very rare and aggressively cancer called CARCINOSARCOMA , there are only 37 of us in all of Canada. But that’s not my point, my point is, I am actively doing the shadow work to get healing. My story imitates yours in the way I mistreated myself my whole life. I felt everyone else mattered, but I didn’t. So here I am again with a second cancer. 1st one in 2005 that my amazing dog found. But I defer to your wisdom whenever I look for answers on how to heal once and for all. I have begun to think that we don’t heal illness, it comes to heal us if we choose to listen. Thank you Anita for all that you have taught us.

Wonderful video that hits me on a personal level. Expressing myself was such a problem for me too. I wasn’t only a people pleaser, I never behaved in an authentic way. People at work would playfully describe me as “I can’t put a finger on you”. I do believe I’m kind, but I also went out of my way to maintain a public image. It was exhausting. I got to the point I didn’t even know who I was anymore. I felt like a walking suit of armor when there was no battle to be found. Even when I did understand what I was doing, I didn’t know how to change. It eventually resulted in the fall of a lifetime. But thank god for that fall, for that fall brought me back to the real me

I love listening to Anita it is so helpful. I went through severe abuse and trauma for many years, was surrounded by some of the worst human evils and developed D.I.D because of it. I was trafficked from a very dangerous Freemason cult from age 2 until 20, raped and tortured every possible way for all of those years. I almost died multiple times. I learned to hate myself and to believe that life is awful. We learn to treat ourselves like doormats. We learn to believe we are worthless/helpless/powerless. It's not true and it's challenging to untangle the knots. She was able to see through her NDE and decide not to follow that trajectory anymore. Through my close encounters with death, I believe there was some kind of link and I was shown many instances that LOVE is reality. It helped to keep me going and kept me alive. Our system has been slowly healing and we are doing our best at cultivating self compassion, understanding and kindness towards all parts of our system, so we can come home to our self, Integration. It's been a very challenging road but we are getting there bit by bit. I, as the front alter of our system, have met over 100 fragmented parts so far and they have been giving me back all the memories, feelings, body sensations that I could not cope with while experiencing the horrific abuse. We are healing and learning to work together as a team. It's a beautiful thing.

I was raised in a religion that did me more harm than I would think was possible. I have spent my entire life (I am 70) in fear of what will happen when I die, full of fear of burning and torment. etc. I pray this series is going to be the key to the secrets I have not been able to see. Hi Anita. Two thoughts that I've been working on. First, I was also worried about my life review and have made a point to review my life decisions and where I could, I have been going back to people I have hurt and apologized for my actions or any hurt I caused them over the last 20 years. I feel that this will help in this way, I have spread positive feelings in my "tapestry" because of reaching out. However, I believe from all I've read and believe, that there are many others I'm not even aware of that I've hurt or helped. My life review in the end will help me, yes help me, learn and understand how my actions/words impacted others. You cannot change the past, but you can can impact the present and future with love.

Thank you so much for this video Anita. I did a form of a life review back in 2017 when I was at a low point after the birth of my second child. I’m not sure what prompted me to do it but I just felt the huge need to write down my life events like a timeline. The release from doing it was unbelievable. I felt so much compassion for how far I had come and how many events I had experienced that could have pulled me down at any time. That one simple task transformed the way I felt about myself and it is a very powerful healing technique. I’m so glad you are getting this message out to so many. 🙏🏽

Oh my gosh 🤯 Thank you Anita!!!! ❤️ I just had a huge epiphany!! Being raised Christian, nobody (no lay-person or Pastor) could ever explain to what the Bible means when it says the ultimate sin is to "grieve the Holy Spirit". No wonder they couldn't explain it!! It's your own SOUL!!!! And to understand that would begin to unravel the whole religion of the Holy Spirit, God and Jesus being separate from you

This life review experience sounds a lot like a deep psychotherapy. I suppose that psychotherapy, being it a patient and compassionate reconstruction of the emotional righteousness of our own life and therefore of reconciliation with the people that shaped our perception of ourselves, removes the obstacles that hinder the awareness of our divine nature and allows the soul to shine the divine joyfulness and love in this world, before death. I now understand why it takes a decade or more to undo the emotional knots accumulated during our few early years of life. it's a quest that brings to the divine and to appreciate that all that suffering was absolutely necessary and sacred.

I had a profound spiritual experience when I was in my early twenties and going through a terrible depression. What Anita is saying is exactly the points given to me in this experience. I was told I must love myself and value myself because I was and am very valuable. We all are. So live as much as you can in joy and peace while knowing that this world is so hard sometimes. But that is what we are tasked to do, be true to ourselves. I was also told that we are in more control of our own lives than we can ever imagine. Also we should be as happy as we can and help others as much as we can without sacrificing our own happiness.
