Very clear and honest video, same kind of people, positives and negatives here too in New York, USA. A lot of people abuse the system even when they have perfect sound health. There is a lot of bullying by our Indians against Indians which really hurt the innocent victims rather than the actual natives showing racism against Indians.

For Indians coming to UK/western countries - One problem is that Only Western Toilets - No Hand Shower - Only tissue paper for cleaning - Ladies it's a big problem. After coming out - you have wash basin for hands. Dry Bathroom Concept - Even if you just wash hands - there must not be any spillage on floors. Positive : Toilets will be very clean - even public toilets. One more - Even in Big Food Courts, Restaurants - There will be no separate space outside of the Toilets area that is just for washing hands. Because there is no eating with hands concept. Reason their food style is different - and for this climate - you can't have your hand wet for long like with rasam and sambhar. People use fork and knife even for Pizzas. You have to go to the Hand wash within the Toilets section only - in case you want to wash hands.

Udambula thembu iruka varaikum ok... If not romba romba kashta padanum... Tamil nadu arumai neraya Inga vandhu dhaan therinchadhu... Positives iruku naalum adipadai thevai kaana elaame Inga kadupu dhaan...for my son they referred a scan , I got appointment after 4 months. Adhukulla andha prob sort out aiduchu...the other time 20 days back to back fever he had oru urine test kooda edukala, only paracetamol syrup.. later I forced😠😠 them to do at least urine test... Indha video oda arumai Inga irundhavangaluku, irukravangaluku dhaan 100 percent puriyum... As u said we are in central London, we didn't buy car yet... Bus stop la kulur, nadandhaa kulur, ninaa kulur... Kzhaindhanga play center thavira veliya engayum poga mudiyala... UK vandhadhu varamaa saabamaa nu thona veikum... Beyond that as u mentioned sila positives kaaga Inga iruka vendiya soolnilai iruka dhaan seiyudhu... Great video👍

I’m so sorry about your experience. But for me the NHS is really really good. I had my pregnancy and delivery here. They did a good job throughout. And my son used to get asthma attacks every month during autumn and winter. They used to take care of him sooo very well. X- ray and scan they will only do when they think it is necessary. It’s not free, they will only use it to those who need it the most. Their medical protocols are different and you have to believe in it. Don’t expect anything you do like India. In India hospitals do things differently.

Hi, I am a teaching professional in a medical school and serial Innovator of medical devices. Recently I was considering to immigrate or find job in Canada / Asia / other parts of Europe and shift along with family (of son and daughter). But when I spoke most of my friends who have immigrated to Canada /Australia/US etc. I heard a common thing among them, most of them say their children don’t want to come back and settle down in India ( understandable considering the cleanliness, high standard lifestyle, comforts and luxury etc). But my understanding about the life at west (apologies if I am wrong),is too materialistic, too self-centric and for them their career is the top priority and NOT the family or seeking the meaning of this life, definitely drifting away from the life of spirituality and culture. The next generation will grow up as westerners. I personally feel life is definitely beyond career and money, the life has many dimensions too. Parents may say we will up bring the children’s according to Indian culture- I believe that is not going to work the way the parents expected because the peer pressure will drive them to grow as a westerner. Money beyond certain limit has less meaning in life- if somebody is migrating to a foreign land just because they could not get the employment in India is understandable. Still, when I see people who is already earning decent money here when they migrate, I get confused. When I see the best brains of west despite being successful in personal life ( I am not talking the successful in term of huge money - super luxury life style ) felt some emptiness and coming to India in search of the meaning of life. There is huge but well educated, well informed and seekers crowd in The ashrams of Isha yoga, Ramanaashram etc. Currently, I stay with my parents. I visit my close relatives and attend most of the family gatherings functions and happy. Life for me is decent, and the only thing is I am not able to grow exponentially in terms of money. Is it worth to trade this life for immigration where we cannot take parents along, or i can visit India only every 2 years etc Apologies for this long message i am super confused, kindly give your thoughts on this
