People are so anxious to have a single compact multicharger that they forget that having a regular power strip with multiple power brick adapters is actually more efficient and way cheaper. I have an Anker 727. It's 2 Usb ports, 2 Usbc ports and 2 110v outlets. The USBC ports work great for charging peripherals like your smartwatch, your earpods or your game controllers, but they aren't very fast for fast charging smartphones or iPads. They certainly aren't fast at all for charging gaming laptops or macbooks over USBC. Meanwhile, the 110v outlets and your power brick deliver the appropriate amount of power to your larger devices. I carry two 100W GaN charging bricks with me that can FAST CHARGE anything over USBC at close to 50W continuous. These Anker power stations keep getting more and more expensive to do that type of job and their own adapters keep getting larger and larger.

This device provide 240w total from all 6 ports vs the 727 provide 100w over all 4 ports, and yes the charging adapter is big and heavy but mostly it’s connected to wall outlet far from my eyes. I’m using the anker power station daily and I have no issues so far . After all It’s user preferences if you want one charging station or power strip with brick adapters , for me I prefer to have one device to charge all and to reduce clutter on my desk. I wonder why the specific angle for the wall charger? Stress on the prongs from the weight maybe? All my outlets are such that I would have to use it at a 90 degree angle from the one shown.

Sorry, but I’m not sure what the reason is. I recommend contacting Anker customer service. They will help you and assist you with this issue. If it didn’t work for you, the previous model Anker Prime 6-in-1 Charging Station (140W) doesn’t come with a wall charger (so I think the angle wouldn’t be an issue), but it comes with 2 USB C instead of 4. It has a slower charging rate, but it’s much cheaper.

The market is full of all sorts of charging products; you can find a smaller charger or charging station but with fewer ports or slower charging rates. I think Anker chose to have a big wall adapter to reduce the charging station size on your desk. For the WiFi, I mentioned in the video not everyone will need such a feature. and the device will work without a WiFi connection normally.
