Are you sure you are using the tws mic? Can you start recording and do some noice in front of your phone's mic. Then do i same with tws's mic.

I have bought the r50i just yesterday. The mic quality is bad. It doesn't work. Its using the mic from the phone instead of the earbuds. You wont actually notice until you keep your phone very far away.

Hey bro....I just checked soundcore, realme, Sony and boat website....they say that the right one works as the main unit so it consumes battery quicker as compared to the other one.....I just wanted to ask you that Anker claims R50i to have 10 hours playback and if the right one drains 30-40mins earlier than it's not a big deal in my opinion....However I want to know what kind of issue you are facing, how many minutes the right one dies before the left one ?

I know im 7 months late but the right earbuds will die out first before the left. And it's about 30+ minutes of difference. As when i monitored it on the app the right had no battery bar left while the left one still has 2. So when the right one dies, the left will last for about 30 minutes. (Also, the 10 hour playback is actually true. It really does last 10 hours.)

After seeing all the reviews I have purchased this earbud 15 days ago from bashundara but already facing some problem. 2 days ago while listening to music it's charge got low so I put it on the box and went to sleep. At morning when I connected it to my phone it still showed low battery(10% charge) . In the box it's written that the earbud should be full charge within 2 hours but mine was on charge whole night still it was showing low battery 😭😭 I even charged the box upto 100% but still earbud shows low battery . I waited a whole day and it only charged to 30% where it should have been full charged . What should I do ? What tf has happened?😭😭😭 Please help bhaiya
