It is simply because there's no dignity of labour in India. India is way behind Australia, Canada and many other developed countries in this regard. Pvt sector at lower level is skewed. Top pvt jobs are grabbed by IIT, IIM placements. India needs boost in pvt sector, skill development and entrepreneurship otherwise India's going to produce highest percentage of frustrated, depressed youth in the world.

Government jobs actually let's you live your life ,I myself am working in an uper division clerk or data entry operator.weekends are off, salary is good cause my office is like at distance of 15 km from my house,we live in a small town, I get to spend a lot of time with friends and family ( things that actually make me happy,no work pressure ( mental well being) can also spend time with my gf,secured job and I am 23 .I know people who are 32-33working in private sectors away from family in another city, with no serious relationships and actually depressed.just remember at the end of the day a big house,a big car or lot of paper in your account is not gonna make you happy,your family,the love of your life and your friends,are gonna be the real reason for your happiness.😊

As my elder sister is already in a private job, has also been an Infosys employee but the chaos there is too much and daily new challenges up and downs etc and there are a lot of things to keep in mind and to manage and even then don't know u will get a desired package or not and it is recession time, the thing is in private job they want u to grind till ur last drop and u cannot get a peaceful and stress free life until u reach at a higher position and work culture, management and work life balance is worst there, at a result the money u get from there will not give u desired happiness And I don't want that life full of chaos and tensions instead find a peaceful and disciplined job and focus on my real skills/other income sources without pressure, health and family that's it.

Scenario in govt job has changed a lot. Working hours are not fixed. Working culture is poor, in a sense that the working horses, are punished with more work. Promotions are slow and the nature of work is shit. No incentives and transfers. No skill additions. These govt jobs are good only for people don't want to work and grow in life. Many many get offended, but this is my personal experience.

@@Strawberry12352 You firstly try to get into a corporate job because apart from having job it will be very risky to prepare for any Central Government exam. In corporate you can have lots of support,testing projects where coding is not required.Then study for all the exams. See if you're doing job,try to focus in just one exam either central govt or banking. As I was from corporate and I needed to have a strong govt job, for that reason I didn't give any bank exams. I was totally focussed towards central govt job. Even I didn't give any state govt job also apart from WBCS. And patience,sacrifice, no facebook, no whatsapp using are required. Constant study for 6-8 hrs are required. And don't believe in Astrology as that can demotivate and break you from inside. That's all ! I hope you will do best in future 😊 From my experience I can say that you don't need to be a talented one but a hardworking one.
