I can play this technique, but it’s problematic to turn it on when you need it.

Hey, what you can try, what worked for me at least is to start the motion by playing full leg, just the first note on each foot full leg and when your leg drops automatically just keep it there and continue with the ankle motion, hope that helps 🙂

I have this issue, I've been practicing just doing bursts of 3 and 5 notes and I feel it's working

When you say 150-160bpm, are you talking about 1/4, 8th, or 16th notes? Because I can play pretty consistent 200bpm quarters but 16th’s are no shot right now

Największym problemem dla mnie jest połączenie dwóch nóg. Pojedynczo mogę grać bez problemu każda stopą, ale tylko kiedy chce je połączyć razem to tracę kontrolę i zaczynam ,, wibrować" jak to nazwałeś. Od razu się spinam i wychodzi nieregularne głaskanie aniżeli silne precyzyjne uderzenia
