Sir....Im tested positive for HLA B27 recently but I've symptoms from several years which had gotten worse recently. Initially my condition was treated for herniated disc in L5 S1 and I had a failed surgery too. Then I continued to get treated for disc issues in lower and cervical region but doctors could not understand severe stiffness and pain in whole ribcage and upper back until I was diagnosed to have Ankylosing spondylitis. 4 months back I consulted Rheumatologist and his medications helped me 80% with stiffness and pain in upper back and ribcage but unfortunately the medicines started to be less effective and also it was affecting my liver enzymes which shot up. So he told me that he can no longer prescribe me medicines as liver might get damaged and instead recommended I take Biologics injections. So I took two Adalimumab injections with 15 days interval but there is zero improvement, infact the symptoms are getting worse.....is it possible that my bones have started to get fused ? The pain is very severe and ribcage+ back and lads are very stiff despite doing a lot of stretches everyday. Since two injections didn't help me at all, doctor asked me to stop Biologics for now and gave me some pain killers. Also, my Bilirubin level is quite high despite medications for it. Please advise how I should proceed next. Thanks
