Though not our favorite museum we saw in Turkey. It was still absolutely incredible. I loved the full scale recreation of Göbekli Tepe which allows you to walk thru and see the gigantic size of the T shaped pillars.

The lay-out of this museum is very nice indeed. Imagine, there are many more archeological sites in the area awaiting to be unearthed.

It blows me away how full of archeological sites Turkey is. I feel like this museum was built knowing they were going to be adding things because it is so open.

My wife and I just came back about a month ago. Urfa has many cool places to visit. It was hot.
