Chef Anli ...I hope I got the Spelling correct... Got all the Points right! By the way Tomyum is not Malaysian... Just that Tomyum is on almost all Malay Warungs menu! Malaysia got 3 major races...Malays are the majority followed by Chinese.... Cantonese Hokkien Teochew Hockchew n Hainanese. Indians from southern India. Malaysian is very diversified n delicious. Think this restaurant was struggling to get herbs n spices supply...if not the Bos would not have mentioned Rosemary! 😅 Can't blame him it's much easier to run a Chinese resto in malaysia than vice versa. Very high cost!!!
