Awesome. I bought Berlitz French for a start. Don't know of good resources for Louisiana French. Found the Louisiana French Songs book for 42 dollars but my wife won't let me get it yet ($$) . Worried it may turn out to be very hard to find later. Oh well, "elle est la patronne". That has worked well so far!
