Thank you Carla, that’s the easiest way to make a mini album using cards - why didn’t I think of that! Your choice of cards and embellishments was lovely. When I’m using tear tape, I use a small acrylic block to hold the tape down and then tear, it gives a dead straight edge, but then you probably know that! Thanks again for posting

Carla I made my album today and I want to thank you for all the directions especially about folding and scor tape the edges. This is the first time I actually even made the album before I only used bought albums. Thank you it is going to so pretty when I finish. I can't thank you enough if it weren't for you I just couldn't do it. I love it. Thanks again now on to decorating.

I love those little albums they are so adorable I would like to make one like that for me I have so much scrapbook paper embellishments and everything but it is adorable it is very pretty that little one you made for your granddaughter is beautiful she's going to love it you know what you could do too is leave one of those pages over before you fold it over and put another one on it like a half of another one so folds in so it like pulls out to another page that would even be a good idea too

I cut my front and back cover pieces 12" x 7" and scored at 5" from one end of the 12" side and 2 inches from the other end of the 12" side. Then, I overlapped the two inch ends together and glued them to the spine. Hope that makes sense. That covers the album spine and it ends up with three layers of card stock. It also makes the front and back covers one piece so that it's pretty stable.

What die cut did you use to make your pockets in the album? I love the white boa on the side, and the kitties are so cute. I have several friends who love cats i will see if I can fine that topper box.

I am desperate to find this folder for this die set. I am hoping by writing on here someone might have this set and ready to sell or at least sell the embossing folder. I do not have one with my set. I don't know where it went but now wondering if I had it in the first place. Thank you for any help to find this.

"Hidden Hinge Plus" is the one Kathy Orta successfully patened. She claimed she invented the hidden hinge..but was met with lots of backlash and failed to patend it. So she came up with the 'Plus' which has an extra flap (so your pages lays very flat). So you are Ok to sell these from Anna Griffin and from Crafters Companion, I believe. 😀

This is the second tutorial of yours on Anna Griffin that I have watched and you do wonderful at explaining the steps, especially for this set because it is intricate and you have simplified each step. I almost thought about returning this set before I saw your tutorial. I subscribed to your channel and I am looking forward to your future tutorials.My next question is what brand of tape did you select to use on the quarter inch spine? I have 4 granddaughters so this is adorable to make for them.

I’m so glad you enjoyed my tutorial! Anna is amazing! The double-sided tape I was using in the tutorial was Scor-Tape. I purchased it on Amazon, however, many craft stores carry a double sided tape that would work just as well.
