Thank you for all your videos that teach us the proper way to dance. Your videos are well presented and with easy to understand instruction. I returned to dance after seven vertebrae fusion last year, so have to modify the spine movement. This is doable because you teach how to properly move and develop body movement other than the spine.

Nancy, I am so glad to hear that the all the videos are so helpful. Anna is a wonderful teacher with over 22 years of knowledge. This sets her apart by leaps and bounds above all others that generate synthetic movements. She is so kind to share all her secrets with the world for free! If you can tell all your friends about Dance Today KZbin channel it would be greatly appreciated and spread this free dance information to more dancers 😍

the pressing-down of the shoulder blades is a key to have a good balance and body work. so it is all about all over body work! if you re at the gym. try doing lat-pull down exercise and that might help you figure out how this will work. as always, Anna is amazing🥰💯😘👍 who would give a thumb down for this information?😪the God of dancing?🙄🤔😥😅

Great video, thanks! I wonder, might the reason for the dropping/stopping on 1 be created by the fact that in the counting "2 3 4(&)1" the one is at the end? This might indicate that there is some kind of "end" to the body action. While of course the 1 is actually the first beat of a bar and all the action would rather start here than stop. For me it helps to count according to musical structure "(&)1 2 3 4" quite a lot.

Love the content!! But the camera angle is a bit distracting. Maybe try shooting from a hip height or something so you look more balanced and we can see a bit more of your legs. Shooting top down like this with wide angle lens makes it harder to see your legs. Love your dance!!
