Anna is an amazing actress, versatile and have to say outstanding in Motherland!! I met her in my local M and S in Beverley, she was gracious and polite, I had to complement her on Motherland, she said the christmas special was out soon, was aware she had lost her husband 😢xx

Bereaved myself not long ago. Very sad to hear of Anna being bereaved so early. I always enjoyed her acting. I had hoped for more of the Phil Rickman stories of Merrily Watkins in which Anna, oddly enough, played a woman vicar/exorcist recently divorced. So sorry, fine actress.

An amazing actor. Something very wrong deep down inside me kinda fancied her character in Line of Duty. It was something about that smarmy smile her character put on her face as she interviewed AC-12. Either that or it was the quality of her acting in contrast with the comedy work she has done. Either way, I admire her greatly.

My friend lost her ex husband (seperated 20 years) last year and she was totally grief stricken. Had to go through therapy. Anna MM had only been seperated a year and they had young children. So yes - her husband died and she was rightly overwhelmed. She even speaks of needing to support her children before her own needs.
