this scene was so heavy and yet empowering... its the moment when she finally accepts that mikoto is gone, and that she is able to embrace the power of the red king because mikoto’s red, is also her red now. When the King’s sword formed, she becomes the badass bitch that she is with the power of the king but also accepts carrying the weight of dying by that very same power. A fate that all kings choose. It is a blessing but also a curse. To become a King is just such a selfless and honourable act. Still my favourite scene of all time.

@@14aqib Maybe is the name, but this anime is SO good, I wish it would be on streaming platforms and get popular.... there are also seven movies after the seasons, I could only watch with english subs because they were not subbed in spanish.. latin american people don´t know about it, well a lot don´t know it. I agree,this anime is the definition of underrated. Saruhiko and Ren´s story was amazing as well.

I came here after not watching this anime for several years, and yeah, I got chills. Tatara's voice sounds more emotional than I remembered, I'm crying omg😭 Shout out to Kaji Yuki who really gave emotion to his voice acting for Tatara, the way he changed the tone from the dialogue "Good morning, Anna" to the dialogue "Are you okay? You look like you're in pain" is totally crazy😭😭😭, if you know what I mean, he didn't really change his tone, but it did sound different🥹
