Russian Figure Skater Anna Shcherbakova has already achieved a lot at the age of 15: Currently, she is a two-time Russian national champion (2019, 2020) and the first senior lady to land a quad lutz and two quad lutz jumps in a program. But she wants more: " I think of myself as a fighter. I may look fragile and small but at the same time, I try to show everything on the ice as a full-fledged adult skater." I think it’s really important for us to keep in mind that it’s so easy to criticize these girls’ performances online but they may be reading our comments and putting unnecessary pressure on them. @@psgrenier to be honest, I think there's not enough context to say so exactly, as the word has many shades of meaning. Depending on the context.. - yes. But I've actually re-read right now Alyona's interview where she originally used this feature to describe her teammate (in line with saying Anya is also 'calm'), so it should probably be Alyona herself to clarify if she meant 'cultured, well-mannered, well-educated, smart' or altogether in regards to Anya🙂. I believe the Russian "intelligent/интеллигентная", may comprise all these meanings at once. So, perhaps this was what she meant?))
