I totally can relate.. I’m 27 years old and have a sleeve and a few other pieces and even though I get compliments on them, I don’t really admire them as much as I used to. I do think it’s because we’re getting older as well, but I do feel you 100% about how they do kinda make you feel more masculine and a lot of people can stereotype you and have their judgments. Whats most important is the fact you’re being more self aware with yourself and growing into a better YOU. The tattoos are also apart of your testimony, so you can always look at it in that way as well.

As a fellow Capricorn & Carribean woman, lol, I've always been drawn to your strength & apparent morals & standards. I've been a professional body piercer/owner for a decade. I've also worked at shops at one point & cringed every time a parent brought their 16 yr old in to start a sleeve or a back piece. IM SO SO GLAD YOU SPOKE ON THIS TOPIC!! What you're into in your late teens/early twenties WILL NOT be you in your later 20s and beyond. Your tastes will change. Your views of life will change. I luuv my tattoos. However, the few that are large and visible, I wish were more hidden. Please please if you are young and watching this, there are so many cool and realistic looking semi permanent tattoos. You can be fully inked anytime and anywhere you want. Without a permanent body alteration/modification. Think long and hard before boldly inking your body. 🩷 Thanks for sharing that!!

I got all my tattoos removed, I had a lot and it took many years. Tattoo removal business is full of scam artists and companies that make the process take longer. It’s all about the technician and not so much about what type of laser is used. Whatever you do and to anyone reading PLEASE do not go to any place called removery . They’re a large chain that bought out all the small shops. They are known for making the process take so long

I’m currently removing both of my tattoos, I have one on each shoulder blade. Neither of my tattoos are significant to me, for that reason alone I decided to remove them. I’ve had 5 treatments so far and I’m starting to notice a difference. I wish you all the best. 😊
