Another reason people don't like these movies are because the books say they're meant to be delinquents and yet they act as if they're not. Throughout both movies they never cuss. How do you expect people that read the books to take the movie seriously if they haven't even adapted to the times. I understand that percy jackson doesn't cuss in the books but making the movies darker and more accurate to the books will make this series sooo much better. Most people watch way worse with their kids anyway.
