This feels like my everyday life. I do have friends but, everything else in the lyrics describes me in some way. "I don't do love." I have given up on my love life. I want to be super successful because I feel I'll be worthless otherwise, my main source of willpower is inadequacy. "If I fail I will fall apart," I will die. "I know I'm the worst but I always act like I'm the best," I know how dumb, worthless, depressing, mean, self-centered, immature, and lazy I am yet I act as if I am better than everyone else. "I know exactly who I am and who I want to be," I am a demon, something to be afraid of and something that I can't control, you can choose to take that literally. I want to be a successful show runner, and a person of many talents, and most importantly I want everyone to love me. "I want it fast and I want it hard," I want to be the best I can be as soon as possible and am expecting a certain outcome from that. "Don't need money, don't need fame, I just want to make a change." I don't care about anything except impacting other people's lives in a good way. "Maybe it is all a test," sometimes I think everything is a test to see how far I can go before failing. "Tv taught me how to feel, and now real life has no appeal." I enjoy the wonder in television series and movies, it's far more interesting than real life. I wish my life was like a tv show. "Oh no, I'm now becoming my own self fulfilled prophecy." I am working towards my goals in life getting less emotional and more stressed day by day. "I'm gonna live, I'm gonna fly, I'm gonna fail, I'm gonna die." This one especially speaks to me. I feel as if I keep getting higher and higher the more I do and the more I learn, but with that height comes the fate of falling, it feels like one of those tower rides at carnivals that takes you high in the air and drops you suddenly. I also always try to think positively that one day I will be really happy, but the thought is always in the back of my mind that I'm going to fail and die. Thanks for listening to my Ted Talk.
