Im a fan of gymnastic. Gymnast is really my passion, but in order to be a gymnast i have to unlock my flexibility, basically im not good at flexibility, I couldn't even do what a basic gymnast do. I still have more way to go, especially the splits. Anna has inspired me to achieve my goal to be a gymnast and to never give up. I will do Anna stretches to get my flexibility if I reach 36 likes.

Omg I struggle with flexibility also and I’m a gymnast. I’m not sure what your gym rules are but if gymnastics is your passion go for it despite being held back by it. I strived until now without a full split!

For the rope climb theres two main was to do it. One is to keep the rope between your feet and basically inchworm your way up by letting go of your feet and using your core/arms to lift yourself before grabbing the rope with your feet, pulling yourself further up with your arms and repeat. This seems to be the kind taught in gyms the most and that i personally find really hard. Another is to wrap the rope partially around one leg so the bottom end is over your foot and then to step on it with your other foot making a sorta S shape. The wrap around keeps the rope from dangling all over the place and stepping on it like that means you can easily rest your body as you climb as the weight of your body holds you secure rather then muscle strength alone. You can literally stand there with one arm just dangling and be pretty much comfortable with very little effort. This was the way i learned to climb in the military. Theres a slight variation that has the rope come over the ankle, around the bottom of the foot and over the other foot where the rope is squeezed between the feet. Personally i dont like this variation as much as the rope tends to flop sometimes and i find it requires more coordination then im willing to put forth on a rope climb.
