I don't think anyone's going to see this, much less Anna, but... when I started stretching, I couldn't even touch my toes and now, I can go all the way down like Anna and I am so grateful for all the fun videos, stretching routines, and workouts! Hey Anna! You are literally the best! I broke my back in January. It was rough. After that I wanted to be just like you. So I started stretching. I can do the splits and a bit of my over splits. My back is still not that flexible but I’m getting there. You mean so much to me even though you don’t know who I am lol! Thank you for everything you do!!

This stretching routine is so amazing and relaxing! I’ve been doing her middle split stretches and after two weeks I went from two big pillows to one small pillow. Love your videos so much Anna!

I always appreciate honest reviews, so I wanted to leave mine! I do this stretch routine twice a day, and on even on day two, I've noticed a difference. The key is to just remain consistent. I really like this KZbinr! So helpful and with a good energy. ☺️

i'm going to try and do this stretch routine for two weeks to see how my flexibility is afterwards Day 1-✅ Day 2-✅ Day 3-✅ Day 4, 5, 6 - ❌ (i was at a concert) Day 7-✅ Day 8, 9 - ❌ Day 10-✅ Day 11 - ❌ Day 12-✅

Anna i have a flexible back and leg(scale,scorpion) just because of you, i got these leg cortions very easliy because of u. And i do this 10min stretch routine every morning and i feel so calm,relaxed and energized through the day. Thank you so much anna❤🎉🎉😊😊

Whenever I can whenever she post a new stretch I put on my work at clothes and start with the new stretch then another stretch of my choice.❤

I used to be a gymnast able to do handsprings & all the gymnastics moves back limbers & tic tocs splits & all of it up till I was 30 & I stopped...Once I stopped I only can do a cartwheel... Before I started gymnastics I had no coordination & would always trip over my feet & fall...My Mom put me in gymnastics & I Love her for that...I'm going to keep doing this Anna in hopes I can do what I used to be able to do again...I'm not going to give up!
