No large country can be ruled through brute force.British could never rule India if Indians as a whole didn't cooperate with them. There was hardly one lakh British people in India including family members of those stationed here. How could they rule a country of millions of people?.They used Indians themselves in police,army and administration. That was possible because there was no concept of India as a nation among most Indians till the beginning of 20th century. Freedom struggle by Gandhi, Nehru et al was actually a struggle to create concept of India as a nation among Indians themselves, so that they will no more cooperate with British.. By 1940 s it was clear that British could not hold on to India for a long time, as more and more Indians were thinking in the line of Indian nation and wanted British to leave. There was always a realistic chance that army and navy or police personnel may revolt against British officers, in which case they have no means to control Indians. British just chose to exit gracefully

Sir ..if a body is not cremated properly or its not retrieved by beloved ones the soul cannot transcend...its a science...in Hinduism and greeks and many other religions..and these souls might be a cluster of memories or psychic field as u said...they may experience time in another way..and they don't have a discriminatory intelligence becoz they don't have a physical brains..there personification is their last deeds or events..might be tragic or pleasant..if its tragic they will be left in an extremely miserable state until their body is not cremated with some specific rituals done by their relatives or their beloved ones....and i had some psychic experiences sir..one of it was when i consumed some mushrooms i have foreseen the very next couple of minutes for at least 15 minutes...i mean i was with my friends while i consumed it and aftet it start kicking in my system ive foreseen every convos of me and my friends like it happened twice. .i cant explain it literally...and tat time i thought i became mad or something. .but m 100 percent positive i have been foreseeing every events for at least 15 minutes. .

I do meditate for long time..and i have a lot of unexplainable psychic experiences..some of it is common in many meditationers ..like vivekananda and other yogis..ive read it in their biographies..but some are extremely horrifying and some are really undiscribable....i only can recollect bits and pieces at the very moment when m back in my normal state
