This was filmed in 1941 on the Merwedeplein. Outside the house on number 37. The Frank family lived here before the war and during the first years of the war, before they went into hiding, in the company building, on the Prinsengracht.

It kills me every time. Amazing how the only known footage of Anne finds her looking out from a window. It's sadly poetic.

When ever I see this I can just hear the what's happening in my head. Anne is looking out the window at the wedding. Edith comes in: What are you looking at, dear? Anne: A Wedding! When she looks back inside. Just put that in when your watching it.
