Yeah I'm very late with this video. Probably nobody cares about it now. But I don't care because I'm so happy I finished it.
I've been struggling with these two, don't get me wrong, they are so perfect, it's such a joy to edit them and I wanted to show everything. Let just say that 5 minutes long video is not enough for them and i couldn't include all the parallers i wanted in this video... That's why I need season 4 bc i need to do 10 minutes long video, haha.

I truly love this show, the way the characters discover what real love is, is just amazing, there are plenty of things that make you fall into the story, the innocence, the simplicity of life, the honest and profound admiration that Gilbert feels for Anne and viceversa, makes you connect with the story and want to watch more and more episodes, I am still missing them.

talk about a slow burn, this show was the slow burns of slow burns. it was beautiful and the cinematography. Anne showed people what it was like to love unconditionally and fair, without their background defining them. This show had everything I love for a slow burn romance. The slow motion dancing with the gazes, the brushing of fingers, the side profile shots, looking at the unwitting other across the room, bonfires, the torturous ‘didn’t see the letter’ trope. But at least before Netflix cancelled it we got the kiss and hopeful ending. Just would have loved to see more of them officially together but at least we can’t be mad that we had all this journey and got some pay out ❤

I literally fell in love for both of them. Like I am not normal at all after I finished the last episode.. we can all agree that this show really tortured us in the last 2 episodes, like you just wanted to pull your hair because other plots were happening but you wanted Anne and Gilberts to be resolved right away but they kept us hanging right until the very end... and wow what a moment that was when they finally saw each other knowing what they know and without any words, he grabs her for a deep kiss. It's so beautiful... Amybeth and Lucas had the most scrumptious on screen chemistry, they are such talented actors. They deliver so much emotion even without saying anything.
