I support the decision of this principal to discontinue the services of any staff or teacher found wanting in either attendance, punctuality, or performance. I also commend the principal and the school for their moral Monday sessions/classes. I also advise him to: 1. Discontinue the practice of sending students out of school premises for Friday prayers (for liability and appropriateness reasons). It is more advisable to terminate school for all students early on Friday so their parents can take them to the mosque for Friday prayers should they desire that. 2. Not allow any organized prayers on school grounds, whether for staff meetings or for students.

Nice Conversation Mr. Principal. U seemed to be a straight forward man❤. You should atleast also open up to VM about the Muslim students incident. U must have received the details of the incident. So, if u don't talk about it, many will assume sacking of Muslim teachers had something solely related to the incident. And finally, I want to thank the principal for his advice for the parents. Parents, help the teachers to help your children (students) by preparing them with good manners and respect.

Thank you VM for getting the other side of the story. It makes absolutely no sense for the school to hire those teachers knowing they are Muslims and just to fire them because they are Muslims. And the fact is most of these Gambian Christians exhibit more honesty than us Gambian Muslims.
