Watching Princess Anne today (9.13.22) makes me wish she was England's next Monarch. So much like her mother in not waivering from her duty and how exhausted she must be staying by her mother's side as she journeyed home.

Princess Anne has the attributes of both her Mother&Father a dutiful daughter lovely mother to her own family. Coped with duty family & privately. For all the privilege lived a normal life. Thank you! Listening to Princess Anne talk about her past and positions is fascinating. I’m so glad KZbin exists so that in 50 - 100 years time, historians won’t have to rely on unreliable narrators. They have the Primary source. How lucky we are - imagine being able to listen to Elizabeth I, Queen Victoria or, even further back, Pharaoh Akhenaten and other significant historical figures talk about their lives in detail. Again, thank you!

It's wonderful learning about the Princess Royal in this series. I never realised Zara looks so much like her Mother who was very beautiful with an incredible personality. She's always been an extremely hard worker and has represented her Mother so well. I wonder how many baby girls born in the early 50s were either named Anne or given the middle name of Anne, as I did being born in 53. My Mother saw the Queen and Duke when they landed at Parafield during their visit to Adelaide in 54. Really being born in the 50s, we were all privileged to have been born into an amazing generation and era. Where girls were able to apply themselves to anything in life for the first time. Many of us were able to achieved so much in life, nothing was really ever taboo. The Princess Royal has definitely been a tremendous role model, right down to wearing pants (trousers).

Anne is SO impressive as a person, who works so hard and long for other people, without complaint or seeking any glory for herself. I just love her dry sense of humour and her practicality. There is no wasted time or money with her and her main focus is on other people and her work, not herself. Such a contrast to the whining and me me me of a certain other couple. Thank you for all the hard work you do, Your Royal Highness, Princess Anne, and the publicity you bring to all the charities you work so long and hard for. You epitomise the work ethic of both your parents and their values of service to your country, people and Commonwealth. I just wish I had your energy to be able to pack as much as you do in each day. To me in Canada Princess Anne was known in world events but not much otherwise. I have enjoyed these videos of her as they give me some insight in seeing she is indeed her mother's daughter. Thanks to her, her family, producers and crew. I am not a monarchist but I admire the late Queen E II. We are part of whatever family we are born to or adopted into. I feel for and would not enjoy always being in the public eye.

It’s definitely our loss that the legacy of titles has excluded her from the top job.. But she’s lived her life free of those particular obligations too which she’s enjoyed with her sport.. she was so beautiful and has aged regally.

You mean that she was born after Charles. She is Charles biggest supporter, and i think closest friend. I'm a big fan of Princess Anne, she's amazing. She got divorced the same year as Charles and Andrew. But no one noticed, because the press were busy making up stories, about Charles that made him a villain. Princess Anne has always supported Charles and Camilla. The three have more than 300 events a year each. It is fantastic, not least when you consider that you are all over 70 years old.

Met Princess Anne and Philips often at Alexandra Reserve in Sandy Point NS from 1975-1979. She was my fav Princess. Still. My folks never knew who she was. Royals would come around on horses dressed like women from coronation street. My folks were convinced by greenpeace activists that the royals were a cult of mennonites with hygiene issues. The blessings of knowing royals from such a young age? I kept them a secret. Am owed overdues for special dive duties performed at the beginning of my life. Received some gold foil covered chocolates. The real gold owed is overdue.

She is a good member of the Royal Family, but doesn't have the patience to be Sovereign. Like Prince Philip she doesn't suffer fools at all, which the Sovereign is obliged to do. For example regular meetings with politicians.
