I died of COVID-19 on 1-21-23 and was saved. This song speaks to me like nothing ever has. I was suicidal and a drug addict. I had severe mental health issues. I was given no hope. I was given miraculous healing that doctors are astounded by. More importantly though, I was saved. In the middle of hell, I met Jesus and he offered me a better way. My heart transformed and I am able to trust and give love selflessly now. There is no greater hell than being seperated from God.

This brought me to tears. My youngest son, Joshua was killed 6/26/19, just 2 weeks before his 22nd birthday. My life forever changed that second. Part of me died with him. It’s been such a struggle and I’ve felt as if my faith has been shattered. Yet I know God is still in control. I still cry out to God as I grieve 24/7 for my child. August 2014. JOY!! I was recently on the run for 7 years from March 2017- April 2024 but i started seeking God again and decided it was time for me to turn myself in. I hadnt talked to my mom in 7 years. Earlier this week i was able to see her on her 62nd birthday after i thought i would have to sit in jail for 3 or 4 years until i went to court because i didn't know anyone who could post my bond. I prayed for God to let me see my mom free again. I called one of my friends on his birthday and he told me some of my friends (Brothers) i grew up with already talked to a bail bondsman and were going to get me out. God loves you no matter what. Ive been out a month and just got an ID for the first time in 7 years last week and got a job today. Thank you Yah for your grace and mercy. Im still gaving 99-Life but God has the last word. I lost my mother 2 years ago and I was trying my best to recover from that trauma until my father also passed away last month. Both their loss have shattered my life completely and I never thought I'll be able to heal again after having seen my parents die in front of my eyes, I was losing hope and I was very suicidal but then it was the holy Spirit who guided me and led me into believing that God has a better plan for me and that he, himself will now be my mother and father. Guys I'm just 19 years old and I've 5 siblings to look after, in case if anyone's going through depression or mental anxiety... Please don't give up yet, the Lord has so much more to offer you and believe it firmly that the Lord will never leave you nor forsake you. Always pray faithfully and remind the devil that he has no chance against your Lord, that he can never deceive you for you've been called the child of God. Almost 33 years ago, my 6.5 yo son passed away suddenly. He had a lot of health issues when he was born but God healed him for 4 years! No ear infections, no pneumonia, no seizures, nothing. A group at a church I was attending asked if they could pray over him. He was 2 at the time, I said sure, well that night changed our lives forever. D's hearing began to return, and his doctor followed us to our appts and explained that his hearing was returning. This same doc, came into the waiting room 4 years later to give us the terrible news. D was gone! D had choked on a gummy worm 3 days before, and we had to call an ambulance bc it made the seizures return. So, he spent the night of the 1st day in the hospital, the second day I brought him home, the 3rd day- he was in a special school for deaf and blind children- he passed every single goal that day for the entire year- It was January! He gave his teachers huge hugs and came home, ate a great dinner, played, and was in bed as normal. I went to check on him and he was blue. I tried CPR, I called the medics (base) they had no idea what to do, but my friends from 3 days before drove through the base gate to get to us. Swooped him up and said follow us. They took him to the ER and they did everything but D was gone. The coroner said his temp was over 105, he had a seizure and his bowels were the size of a large man's forearm. Yes, D always had to have help to clean out. I was so lost, I had two other children; a 7 yo and 4 yo. I wanted to die, my heart missed him so much! God gave me a vision- I met Jesus and my son face to face. Jesus reassured me that D was ok, he was healed and whole, he was running all over heaven- he no longer needed diapers, and he could hear and talk. D just smiled at me. Jesus loved me enough to show me the way, the truth, and the life I was to live. My 4 yo wore his clothes, and my 7 yo was trying to figure out life w/o his brother. We were lost without D. But, The church we attended was like revisiting the funeral every week, we had to leave it. But one memory from there was it was so quiet in the church that Christmas Eve candlelight service- D was not always a "talker", but that night- he saw his friend from school and he would turn around in the pew and see her and begin to babble loudly. People were annoyed, we tried everything, but in the church is where D always talked the most. I apologized to the Pastor at the end, his words spoke to my heart and still do. He said, well he must need to speak to Jesus more than anyone and it is ok, we welcome that here. We went to a Christmas cantata that following Christmas and it forever changed us again. We began attending that church, walking through the grief with help and found Jesus in a way we never had. I was so on fire for Jesus, found out why I had that incredible vision and after 32 years, D's brother joined him in Heaven. He also died unexpectantly at age 39. He began to walk with Jesus about 5 years ago. Your story, it brought up those feelings and memories again, thank you. I don't mind revisiting those because I get to remember My Jesus walked me through the grief and as a Children's pastor I was able to help others through theirs. Keep singing for the Lord! He needs song warriors in HIS KINGDOM who are not ashamed. For you who are dealing with grieve, please allow Jesus to flood your heart, those raw emotions are meant to bring you into a deeper understanding of who God is, why HE sent HIS son to DIE for us.

Lost my youngest brother to a car accident back in 2018, he had just graduated from high school. We had already suffered a loss when our dad passed away from colon cancer and this came at such a hard time after his anniversary. If there’s anything I could take away is knowing that God was with him the entire time; it was an accident that was self inflicted but he was saved from dealing with anything else that could’ve made him suffer more; he seemed at peace in his face the last time we saw him. I honestly believed he felt lost without having his dad to guide him in life even though he had his older brothers and me, but he truly missed him the most and I pray that God answered his prayers and brought him home to see our dad again. I just want you to know when I was young I turned away the Catholic Church that I was raised in and for so long I was lost and about 4 years ago your song "My Jesus" brought me and my soul to Christianity. I love this song I listen to it numerous times a day! I know God will bring me threw the things I'm going threw! After loosing my mama I have stayed out of church to much! Depression has over took me along with anxiety days I don't get out of bed! I was reading comments from other songs and they eventually led me to this one. I am 13 years old and emotionally struggling for what feels like no reason at all. I am already a christian but the line at the beginning "are you past the point of weary" at the beginning still hit me hard. I immediately thought yes. Please pray for me and comment if you do. UPDATE: I am 14 now, I feel much more joyous now. Still occasionally feel down for what feels like no reason but I pushed through the bad part. Learned that you will always make it through it. My big brother passed away in a really bad car accident in 2005 along with 3 others. This video really touched my heart and hit home. Losing my brother knocked a whole through me like nothin' else ever had and was the hardest thing ever...standing back up was harder and impossible without Jesus to pull me through it. God was the only thing that could pull me back together. Now we celebrate his life and the time we had with him every year. Jesus did that for me and my family.

2 years ago I was in a group home, we went to a church that was very interactive and New generation to say. It was Wednesday youth church gatherings, we would praise and worship to this song frequently. Now that Im out of there I look back at all that I went through as a young boy and how misguided I was. This song I came across a couple of days after loosing my brother on august 26th of this year. He was 36 only 6 yrs older then I am due to a tragic event of falling out of a ATV. Before this happened, me and my brother last spoke to each other on May 15th of 2021. Due to his wife getting mad and saying I would never talk or see my brother again and that is exactly what happened she made sure of it. I have been having the hardest time with him passing and felt so much regret and anger. One night while trying to make a video of old pictures of him and us and our childhood I came across this song and it came at such a perfect time. This song and your other songs have helped me so much and to turn more to Jesus and know that my brother is now in heaven and that I can let go of this regret and anger I have knowing that I have Jesus with me and knowing that I will be there one day and I will see my brother again. It's amazing that the Lord can work in us through our testimonies but also through our suffering of how he can change and work in us to be the people that he wants us to be. Never forget that but no matter what suffering we go through if it's seeing a family member or a friend that's going through cancer and they pass away or dying in a car accident never forget that the Lord is always with us and when we have those difficult questions that we want to know and answers just remember we need to trust the Lord know matter what because he does have a plan. I know it can be hard living in this world of suffering but with the Free Will that the Lord gives us there's going to be things that's going to happen. Let's do our best as believers as Christians to let our light shine in the dark world and spread the good news of the Gospel with love and kindness but also truth and if someone doesn't want to hear the Gospel of Jesus we can pray for them and keep on praying and move on to the next person. My husband and I have been trying for 5 years to get/stay pregnant... In August I got pregnant again. After 2 miscarriages and an ectopic pregnancy. We got to see our baby and hear its heart beat at 6 weeks. A week ago we found out our baby no longer had a heart beat!!! Its been a hard journey.. But this was the first out of 4 pregnancy loss that we have actually got to see and hear. We keep praying for a happy healthy baby. I’ve had heard this 100 times, I play it all the time, but only the “lyric” video and this one played instead today. Until today I have never watched this video but what made me find this song to begin with was the loss of my little brother a year ago (my only sibling) at 22 years old. Watching this video was a shot in the gut for sure but also so warming and shocking to see that this video is the exact reason this song came into my life and also what made me closer to Jesus than I’ve ever been. The Lord has been with me through the hardest tragedy I faced. Losing my beloved cat Oliver. He went behind the house and never came back again. I was going frantic, so I had to go and find him. There was a thunderstorm coming in, but I did not care. I had to find him. Until one of our workers found him. He was killed by a wild raccoon. I poured my heart out In my room. Yes!! Amen!! I get emotional listening to this song a lot as well, for the same reasons! It just baffles me how He loves us so much, and how forgiving and patient He has been with me despite me being so wicked and unworthy for most of my life! No matter what He hasn’t his turned his back on me and gave ear to my cries when I truly needed it 🙏🏼. That is truly an awesome God!!

First time I heard this song was today 😮 wow he has changed my life and world from what I was. I'm in tears thanks for such a great song of inspiration ❤️ my mother passed when I was in 7 grade, my Dad was never in my Life. I lived in a trailer with my oldest sister together. Finally one of my siblings took guardianship but me and my sister still lived in the trailer. We ate together went to school and both graduated from highschool. Now in college both I'm just saying God will make a way.
