I must agree with you. Only because she's "not perfect" with her notes, doesn't mean it's bad. I think she has an unique voice and way of singing - maybe because of this little 'imperfection' of singing flat notes... but anyway, haters gonna hate unfortunatelly =/

I was told to check her out on YT. She sings slightly flat, consistently. (For the musically illiterate, "flat" means slightly below the target note. It's annoying.)

Yes it is, but I find it very pleasant at the same time, because it creates an imperfect sound in an imperfect circular melody.
