Can you do a video on fragrances that DONT have any Lavender, Ginger, OR coconut in them? 😂 Like I would be thrilled to see the choices you make, because most fragrances I see on KZbin ALL have at least one of those notes and I can’t stand them! 😅 Balle rouge and Athalia are my signatures, so you see what kinda line I’m into AND BDK Vanille leather ❤ No lavender, Ginger, or coconut in any of them lol

Oh that pear one sounds nice! I used to wear clean reserve radiant nectar but it turned bad and now I have a bad association. I like fleur de blonde, and Ellis Brooklyn sweet, and pear inc (btw it does last a long time, it’s just very easy to go anosmic to it, I can smell it more on other people than in myself unfortunately:( ) and another 13 even has a pear note! I’m looking for the best peach perfume! I really like sparkling sugar (clean reserve)

Anne, another great video !! Question: You mention that the orris / iris in Iris Malikhan is creamy. Does that 'mean' it's not that dry, dusty, old-lipstick-y iris vibe? I don't know how else to describe it...I don't dislike iris, but sometimes it's way too 'dry' that it almost seems sharp. Sonic Flower/Room 1015 is that dry iris that I'm speaking of. Thanks !!!

I think I’m the ONLY person that cannot stand 7 Virtues as their Santals pull pickles which I despise the smell of 😂HATE PICKLES but honestly nobody else mentions this (except when talking Santal 33).

It didn’t work for me either, I’m one of the people who get pickle vibes really easily from some sandalwoods unfortunately :( I LOVE Liis Bo!! It’s so good and woody, natural smelling, and a good vanilla that’s not sweet or nauseating! The full bottle is really expensive and I personally don’t need a lot of sprays, like 2 max, so the scentbird 8mL I got is perfect! And I just wear it during fall or winter. Have you tried Ellis Brooklyn Après? It has sandalwood, but also cedar to balance it out so it’s one of the rare sandalwoods I like

@@AirBeat-lk3pl Oh I'll try that one! Thanks for the suggestion. There's one that I recently love, it has a little bit of everything. Teo Cabanel Oh La La, it's nutty, slightly powdery, creamy, musky, little woody, has a suede smell. You might not like the opening (smells like new clothes), but the drydown is really good and smells nostalgic.

Hi Anne! Have you ever tried Santal Calling by Ex Nihilo? To me it’s a very fresh, almost cold sandalwood with a smooth milky touch! I never tried Santal 33, but SC in the opining reminds me of Sherwood by Memo Paris, just less woody. It’s a beautiful take on sandalwood! 🩷
