I try waking up at 5 am every day as a challenge! Although I had a few challenges over the week, I can say that waking up early, particularly at 5am, was extremely beneficial. In this video, I talk about what I learned from doing this challenge and also some tips for waking up early if you're in college and trying to do this too. :)

This was awesome to watch! Welcome to the club! I have done this challenge many times myself and still carry myself to keep it up until the end of the semester because waking up that early will always set you up for success throughout your day! I started doing this challenge back in March and have stuck with it every since, although I am doing it wrong since I'm going to bed later and only getting 4 - 5 hours of sleep each night has caused some health issues but I am managing that through exercise! But I agree with everything you stated in this video and it was cool seeing someone else do the challenge and seeing the benefits of it!

I am currently waking up at 5AM every day and sleep at 10,11PM for the past 2 weeks. I decided this by myself and it's nice seeing others experience the same. I love it. I realized I am actually cooking amazing dishes daily, yes I love cooking.

I am trying the same thing for a mounth now but there is one bad thing is that it comes one day that you feel so sleepy and you feel that you can t continue because you feel tired all the time but don t give up 👍thank you for the inspiring video Sorry for this bad english

I wake up at 5 in the morning 4 sometimes 5 days a week for work and it's actually the worst thing ever. I miss sleeping in😩😭

5am daily? Been doing it since 1980s. 53 now. Great shape. Retired early. Live in Hawaii. Keep it up! Worked for me, maybe. I mean, I do not KNOW if it made me successful. But I think it helped.

I have 8am classes four days in the week this semester which forces me to wake up at 5 :') But it's actually so nice in Summer, because it's daylight and you feel pretty productive when you come home and it's like 11am lmao Also how can you let a pdf file be read out loud??

I leave my phone across the room, so when my alarm goes off I jump straight up to turn it off, and then pull on some clothes and leave my room immediately. If I have my phone next to me, I end up hitting snooze.

Getting up 3:30am for work 3-4 times a week, I thought that I would need naps to get me through the day. But after awhile it does get easier to stay up without taking the naps.
