I think your vlogs are amazing. A lot of Jamaican vloggers have vlogs that are so edited and so curated that it’s actually boring. Your vlogs are raw and unfiltered so that makes them AMAZING. Keep it up.

Girl it’s the same in the UK. The customer service is appalling across retail, hospitality just everywhere and I’m sick of it! And your vlogs are great, they are not boring! I think you should continue building your things to do in JA series across parishes so that you can continue to partner with local national and international companies for brand endorsements.

Honestly, I think wearing bonnets in public looks unpolished. If your hair isn’t styled, a hat or cap can be a better option. Annesha, your videos aren’t boring at all-keep focusing on the positive; it will benefit you greatly. After a year of delays, I’m finally moving from the UK to Jamaica! One thing I’m nervous about, though, is customer service in Jamaica-I’ve had great experiences in the UK where it’s consistently reliable.

I'm American and I don't wear bonnets in public, but I wear head wraps and scarfs to match my outfits. What is more concerning to me is men in public with their underwear showing. So bonnets are not as pressing for me. Love your channel and I don't find it boring 😊👍🏾

The customer service here in the US from Jamaica. It’s just as bad as in Jamaica .when they own their own business. if they’re working for someone they will be fired if they have that kind of customer service, I travel to Jamaica many times as my parents are Jamaican and the customer service is terrible and Jamaican in America. Customer service is terrible as well.

I don't think Jamaica has bad customer service. I think it's a culture thing. I also think that most ppl that complain about poor customer service in JA are usually giving bad vibes. They expect to be treated like royalty and when the person doesn't suck up to them...they cry poor service. I travel to JA all the time. I visit lots of places. I greet these workers. I'm friendly. I do not talk down to them. We need to check ourselves! One more thing...Jamaicans are serious people. These ppl are at work! They are seriously working! And that's my 2 cents!
@anneshaadamsАй бұрын
Jamaican people, the majority are hard workers and I do not agree wholeheartedly, I think some jamaican people need to learn basic customer service skills and manners. But, I have heard stories about ppl going to jamaica being condescending to jamaicans as well

Sometimes customers make it bad for themselves because a employee can be in their best mood and there comes a rude person for no reason e.g. a person comes in the tax office and you told them they need a jp to sign they start cusing you and a no you set the policy...so then the employee will be in a bad mood from then so when you come now you get the same reaction even though she's not mad at you
@anneshaadamsАй бұрын
The first lesson when TRAINED in customer service is not to take anything personal. because it isn't and that what the problem is, the employees take things too serious and then take it out on others
@nathaliethomas9719Ай бұрын
Kindness, courtesy is free respect is definitely earned. Do you really want to go around respecting people you don't know? I live in Canada and Jamaica every year six months each and yes, Jamaican customer service is different. I use the term different because it's really based on the culture. The people who live here all the time don't notice it.
@anneshaadamsАй бұрын
yes, I believe in god so everyone deserves respect, no matter race, class and gender. Also, the culture in jamaica is about manners and respect.we are taught this from home and basic school days. That is the culture in jamaica, not rudeness

Had issues with CS at airport in Mobay yrs ago. I 💯 believe they were doing it unnecessarily just to cause me trouble when I was nothing but respectful. Without getting into the details, I know because I was right in the end. They knew it from beginning. Yes, CS is bad in many areas of US. I've been to Bahamas 2x many years ago. Everyone I dealt with was respectful and helpful. Maybe, issue is result of non Bahamians. Bonnets in public is a disgrace.

Customer service is HORRIBLE in JA online or on the phone or on What's App‼️ I have never been to the Bahamas. So, I can't tell you. The customer service in the US is very different. According to companies, the customer is always right...until they are wrong. And then, all you have to do is contact management. But it depends on certain companies. My niece lives in Kingston and works CS for an American company. I regularly have to cuss her off‼️😆 Maybe that's a family thing. 😅 12:40 Tek it easy. 13:30 I would love to get some gizzada‼️
