Hello I love your work on the cookies. I’m so new at decorating and have been asked do I make cookies so I decided to give it a try. I’m usually making candy apples, chocolate covered strawberries, chocolate covered pretzels and other treats. I’m so inspired by your videos and tips I did go and order the pumpkin kit I’m super duper excited to receive them. Thank you and I’m hoping to one day be amazing like you☺️

Thanks for the sweet note!! The icing consistency is the tricky part and takes practice. I highly recommend making your cookies and icing the day before you decorate to break up the process. It will make the decorating so much more fun if you're not tired from those 'set-up' tasks!

I have three projectors. A kopykake, a wireless projector and a pico projector that I use with a USB drive. It's the 3rd one that I'm using this projector in the video.
