I really hope thIs verdict helps these wonderful grieving loved ones the space to truly grieve and heal. Chad told the neighbour when asked about Tylee that she did not like people and certainly did not like him. The neighbour then testified to that on the witness stand and that is what she was referring to, proving Chad to be wrong and saying that Tylee did not suffer fools(Chad)

The sidebar after Annie's statement was how Annie did not read her prepared speech. She added to it and in a death penalty case there are strict rules about the rules for the statement. Her original statement was read and approved by the all attorneys and the judge. Once she started, the prosecution and defense quickly figured out that her statement was not matching what she submitted. That is my Mr. Prior asked for the sidebar. This information was shared by her family. The prosecution team was not whispering for good reason...they were scrambling because they knew it was an issue. I hope this helps you understand why they were whispering during her statement. The family stated that Annie is the only one that did not read her statement verbatim.
