I think the best thing about chalk paint - annie's in particular - is that it enables so many pieces of furniture to be 'reclaimed' rather than thrown away. I hate the disposable IKEA model - cheap, poorly made and made to be chucked as tastes change. Now, solid, well made furniture can be painted and made desirable again. What an achievement!

I LOVE the muted colours, especially that mustard yellow. I was wondering how you found the confidence, I suppose you could call it to just embrace and enjoy your own style?
