Thank you so much Annie. I look so forward to your videos they are so inspiring. Even the smallest suggestions you have make such a difference! I am on medication because I have kidney disease so it absolutely helps me sleep but......my absolute must have to sleep are: a fan on, blackout curtains, fresh sheets and a shower before bed and also of coarse, the pillow between my legs. They all work so good!!

Sleeping without anything on is the best. I love how free and unrestricted it feels, and how the sheets and comforter feel on my skin. No underwear, no bra, no socks, just a huge t-shirt on
