quick tip for people who 1. need rewards 2. but the reward/break never ends in regards to routines don't make the reward quitting !!!!! yes you deserve a reward !! go out and buy yourself a nice breakfast after the gym, come home and take a nice long hot bath, take a self-care night, etc. don't make your reward skipping your routine the next day, because then your brain will think skipping routine = reward/good and we don't want that.

Does anyone else just love how her clothes matched her office space when she was decorating the home office? Removing that bamboo shelf really made that space feel cohesive too. If it was white it would have fit so much better. But the office looks amazing! Microwaving your tofu at 800w for 1-2minutes increases the tofus ability to take in all of that Marinade! Also gives it a meatier texture :) freezing & thawing it also works but you probably know that❤would love to see you switch to more plant based! Inspiration for me haha
