if you're nauseous, don't skip the food! also how is your sleep quality and duration? that was the problem for me for years. other tricks are; no tight elastics while sleeping and if you sleep in a fetus position, lower your legs a little. it can cramp your organs a little too much haha

It's okay if your coconut oil is liquid. It just means it's warm in your apartment. It is a solid below 72 degrees F. I hope that helps you not be afraid of your granola making you sick like the mushrooms lol

for the granola, it might help to take it out half-way through baking and break it up with a spatula! that way it'll get crispier without overbaking

One of my family’s favorite meals right now is the garlic butter shrimp scampi from Costco. I cook it, add sundried tomatoes and spinach in with it. Serve it over rice or noodles and roast some broccoli as a side. No left overs ever. It’s so good. It’s also super fast to make, which is a bonus.

You should try out sun dried tomato hummus pasta! Sun dried tomatoes (in the oil), spinach and hummus all cut up and mixed together as the sauce
