i've begun the hunt for an office to serve as my small business studio. i was so excited to tour places but lowkey wasn't that exciting looking at small glass rooms lmao. i have more tours scheduled for next week, so i'll see what i can find~

As someone who works part time FOR and IN a coworking space, I can totally recommend an office there for your situation. Even if you're not into the community aspect of it, they usually provide everything you need for you, take care of your mail etc. It's so cool you're looking at offices! I can't believe how much you've grown

I remember watching Death Parade when it first came out and that opening is super catchy, I ended up downloading the whole song (the music video has the same theme as the anime opening). Also Decim is great. Good luck looking for office space. If you're looking to store products there, some of the offices looked too small for that. That free breakfast place is a real winner though.

After looking at the office spaces you viewed in this video, I think I'd rather go with having a two bedroom apartment. The spaces look so small and feel like you'd have no space to move around in if you put in a shelf for your stuff. Plus because this is in California, I already know you're going to be paying out the nose to rent the place ( I live in Long Beach myself and things are crazy expensive here!). I would think a two bedroom apartment would be much cheaper in the longrun. Plus you wouldn't have to worry about having to travel back and forth or bringing stuff from one location to the other. The downside is, you'd have to invite the person you hire over to your place for work. There's always such a thing as converting the living room of your new place into the office space and using the second bedroom as the living room. That way, they'll be limited to the front part of your place ( and your bathroom, of course.). I'm not sure how often you'll need the person to come over and help anyway. Like if it was just to have them pack orders on big launch days or work part time with you on a weekly basis. Maybe the inconvince might be worth it in the longrun? Just an idea -- I know you'll go with the choice the works best for you!
