I think they either changed his VA or toned down voice modulation because he sounds way different in Vereinsamt compared in early chapters.

It's been a whole year and the visuals, storytelling, voice acting and music in this game still amaze me. R99 is just different. The amount of imagination and care that go into making it such a beautiful and unique experience really shows. I honestly feel sorry for anyone that hasn't even tried it😅. It really is that special and I hope it will be with us for many many years more if not forever ❤

I believe every character you pull is canonically living in the suitcase, i think they just decided to focus on main story characters for this one

I think a lot of them are considered non-canon as suitcase resident, but are canon as affiliated to the Foundation Like how Getian, Vila, and Avgust are only a part of Far East Branch registered by Nameday, or 6 who chose to stay in Apeiron after everything in 1.9 Zima is also said to go back and forth between the Foundation and his island but he's also often mentioned by Sonetto as her mentor

I suppose the 4th was from the cassets of the lost (if not just grab the 5th copy from the shop). Check: - How many rolls are you from the next pity - If the next 6* is a gaurantee Lucy If you are distant from the pity and the next 6* isn't gauranteed to be Lucy it's probably not worth to go all in. In any other circumstances ask yourself: how much are you willing to gamble? Consider that P5 is nice, but not as good as getting another meta character (such as: Kakania)
